Balance Updates

In this update, the Spiritborn class is set to receive multiple skill tweaks, particularly strengthening abilities like Crushing Hand and The Protector, along with improvements to various Spirit Halls and items like the Harmony of Ebewaka.

Spirit Halls

Here are the changes regarding the Spirit Halls:

Primary Jaguar Hall
  • Additional strikes no longer receive bonuses from the Aspect of Plains Power.
  • Damage from additional strikes increased from 15% to 20%.
Primary Eagle Hall
  • Changes: Casting an Eagle Skill or Evading now issues 6 Storm Feathers, dealing 140% Lightning damage and applying Vulnerable for 5 seconds. The Storm Feathers Movement Speed bonus is now always active and doubled.
Secondary Eagle Hall
  • The Critical Strike Chance mechanic has been adjusted to guarantee a Critical Strike every other cast, adding a 20% Vulnerable Damage bonus for 5 seconds.

Skills

Significant updates have also been made to various skills:

Crushing Hand
  • Damage increased from 50% to 100%.
Rake
  • Initial damage boosted from 30% to 40%; second hit damage increased from 45% to 60%.
The Protector
  • Thorns damage rank 5 bonus jumped from 150% to 300%.

  • Damage to non-Elite enemies has been increased to 350%, now also reducing damage taken from all enemies in the area by 30%.
Unique and Newly Adjusted Skills

Many skills, including Exalted Protector, The Hunter, and The Seeker, received notable adjustments that enhance their effects and overall utility in combat.

New Unique Items

This season, the Spiritborn class introduces the Hesha e Kesungi Unique Gloves, granting:

  • 9-11% Attack Speed
  • 36.5-50% Vulnerable Damage
  • 10.5-15% Ultimate Cooldown Reduction
  • 2-3 additional Gorilla Skill Ranks

Unique Power: The Protector can now be invoked at range, pulling enemies in with its strikes. Enemies affected take 30-50% increased damage from your Gorilla Skills, which is doubled if they are Knocked Down or considered bosses.

Bug Fixes

So far, Blizzard has addressed a single bug impacting the Spiritborn:

  • Fixed an issue where Spiritborn failed to benefit from the bonus of Gorging Masses in the Infernal Hordes.
