ItemD2R provides Subscription-based premium membership services to use vouchers when placing orders. The Subscription-based service, which is also known as recurring payment service, is only applicable to the Monthly Premium Plan.
Each time you order any of the Subscription-based Premium Plans. You will enter into a separate contract for the Services under the Terms and Conditions. By completing your purchase, you will confirm that you are willing to enter into a binding agreement with provision of the applicable Subscription-based Premium Plans.
2. Recurring Payment Policies
Payment: We provide you with one available Monthly Subscription Plan:
We charge you 4.99 USD/Month(1 Months Premium), it provides you with conditional 3 vouchers for 10 USD, you can use them when placing order on our websites.
By clicking "Subscribe Plus" on the checkout page, you agree that you are engaging in a Monthly Subscription (starting from the date you pay for this plan). Your credit card will be automatically billed 4.99 USD every month from the date of your subscription and further notifications will be received via email from ItemD2R.
If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amount due upon demand. Following any such non payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card before continuing use the services. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action.
If your account is more than 30 days past due. you will be solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer, bank or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees.You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 15 days after the first appear on your credit card statement.
Refunds: Given the nature of vouchers. we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under national consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.
Premium Users can ask refund within 14 days after the subscription deduction.
It normally takes about 5-7 business days to process a refund request. Alter 5 business days. please contact your card-issuing bank to track the money return process.
We will deduct a regular monthly fee from the date the user accepts the subscription: 4.99 USD until the user cancels the subscription. During this period, we will charge the 100% full amount of the fee 4.99 USD even if the user does not use the PLUS service.
Deduction Notification: three days before the subscription deduction, Itemd2r shall send you Email to your registered account via email@example.com.
3. Access to this paid serviceGeographical restrictions : This Paid Service and the content available within this Paid Service are currently only available in some countries. You agree not to provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in order to pretend that you are a resident of a supported country and use it within the Paid Services.
No attempt shall be made to circumvent restrictions on access to possible content or its availability,
4.LicenseYou will be entitled to a non-exclusive license to access the Paid Services including content provided through the Paid Services, but all rights, ownership and interests associated with the Paid Service (including vouchers provided through the Paid Services), Reserved by ItemD2R and its licensors, except as expressly granted in these Paid Terms of service. If ItemD2R reasonably determines that you have violated any provision of these Paid Services Terms. your rights set forth in this Section 4 will be immediately expire.
In using this paid service, the customer shall not do or try the following.
• Use this paid service in an illegal way or for any purpose
• Share your ItemD2R account password with a third party to allow access to this paid service that the third party has not ordered
• Reproduction of the content of this paid service, or sale, rental or sublicense to a third party
• Modify, reverse engineer, modify, suspend, or otherwise modify the technologies that ItemD2R use to protect the Paid Services, or encourage or assist third parties in doing so
• Accessing the Paid services by any means other than those
• To remove the notice or display regarding the rights attached to this paid service
Changes or Terminations of the raid services: ItemD2R reserves the right to change the availability or the paid services. In addition, ItemD2R may modify, suspend or terminate the Paid Services with or without prior notice, and to you and any third party regarding such modifications, suspensions or terminations. We do not take any responsibility. However, this does not affect your ability to request a refund as described above.
Changes to these Paid Terms of Service : ItemD2R may amend these Paid Terms of Service at any time. By completing the order, you agree to the new Paid Service Terms, and the Terms will allow you to use the entire Service (including previously ordered Paid Services) and beyond (including previously ordered Paid Services). You have expressed your consent to apply to all orders (until these Paid Terms of Service are changed again). If you do not accept the updated Paid Terms of Service, you will no longer be able to order additional Paid Services and the latest Paid Terms of Service you have accepted will be ordered by you. It will continue to apply to the use of this Paid service.
7. Miscellaneous rules
1. You understand and agree that the content provided by this Paid Service may be offensive to some people and may not be displayed about such potential. In addition, there is no guarantee that the description of this paid service or the content available in this paid service is accurate. You use the Paid Services at your own risk, and ItemD2R agree that, in accordance with applicable law you will not be liable to you for any content that you find offensive.
2. If you have any comments or complaints about this paid service, you can leave a message through email firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. You are solely responsible for your use of the Paid Services, your breach of these Paid Services Terms, and the consequences (including damage or loss incurred by ItemD2r).
4. You understand and agree that you will pay all fees by the specified deadline and will provide you with a valid credit card or other payment method approved b ItemD2R. In addition, you acknowledge that your consent online establishes a valid contract between you and ItemD2R and expresses your willingness to be bound by your consent online.
8.Refund and Cancellation policy
Customers to request refunds for products under reasonable conditions. Products not received: The products were not delivered to the customer within the scheduled delivery time. In this case, the customer can apply for a refund. Repeat payment: The customer made repeated payment to one order. In this case, we can respect the customer's willingness to give a refund. We will refund one of the payments, or multiple payments (The premise is that the order is not delivered.).
In the following cases, I am afraid we can not refund to customers:
Completed delivery: the products have been delivered to the customer as agreed and consistent with the description.
Unpaid Order: The customer is not allowed to apply for a refund for the unpaid order.

Cancellation of Subscription : You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any lime by logging into your account, clicking on Personal Center, and following the cancellation procedures described there. If ou need help, feel free to email us email@example.com. The cancellation will take effect for your next monthly billing cycle. There will be no additional fees for the cancellation of Monthly Subscription.We will deduct a regular monthly fee from the date the user accepts the subscription: 4.99 USD until the user cancels the subscription. During this period, we will charge the 100% full amount of the fee 4.99 USD even if the user does not use the PLUS service.
