After purchasing items on our website, we will deliver your order as soon as possible according to the game information you fill in (PC User ID/PS Gamer Tag/XBOX Gamer Tag), please check below for different types of order receiving methods:
Crown Items: Check"Gift Inventory" in your Crown Store (5-15 mins)
Gold: Check "Attachments" in your ESO Mail/Inbox (5-30 mins)
Materials & SET: Check "Attachments" in your ESO Mail/Inbox (30-60 mins)
PS: The above times may be delayed on NEW item days.

Generally we prepare your items and then add you as a friend within 30 ~ 60 mins.
Please check and agree to the friend request of your order placement platform (Battle.Net/PSN/XBOX/Switch), as for we can deliver your items.

After placing an order, you will receive a delivery link from us via email. You can also view your delivery link through the Check FC order on the website. Then, please visit the delivery link and fill in the delivery information related to your EA account. After completing the filling, our AI automatic delivery system will start delivering the coins/players you purchased.
After the FC coins or players transfer is completed, you will receive a delivery completion email.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure you are logged out of your FUT account both on your console and the Web/Companion App until your order status reads "Completed."
