Zenless Zone Zero Banners, known as Signal Searches, are essential for players looking to enhance their character lineup with Master Tapes and Boopons used to pull for various characters, W-Engine weapons, and Bangboos. Each limited-time character event Banner operates for a duration of three weeks, followed by the debut of the next Banner.

These event Banners typically feature a singular S-Rank character with elevated pull odds, accompanied by two boosted A-Rank characters. Additionally, there is a permanent character Banner and a W-Engine weapon Banner that refreshes its featured S-Rank and A-Rank pulls each three weeks, alongside a permanent Bangboo Banner that allows players to use Boopon currency, which is only earnable through gameplay, rather than real money purchases.

Next Banner Event Characters

The upcoming temporary event character Banners require the use of Encrypted Master Tapes for pulls, changing every three weeks. Social media updates indicate that Evelyn, a new S-Rank Fire Attack character, will be featured in the next Banner during version 1.5, belonging to the new Stars of Lyra faction.

Next W-Engine Weapon Banner

The Dissonant Sonata is a permanent W-Engine Banner offering boosted S-Rank and A-Rank weapons rotating every three weeks. While we await official details for the upcoming W-Engine Banner, it's highly likely that a new S-Rank Attack W-Engine will debut alongside Evelyn’s introduction in version 1.5. Stay tuned for updates regarding the specifics of this highly anticipated feature.

Current Character Event Banner

The present character Banner in Zenless Zone Zero concludes on Tuesday, 21st January 2025. Players can check the remaining time for any Banner destined for their server under the A-Rank characters featured.

Currently, Asaba Harumasa and Hoshimi Miyabi are highlighted in the active Banners until version 1.5 ends. Notably, Harumasa will be made available for free during version 1.4, allowing players to acquire him without the need for pulling on his Banner.

Miyabi, hailed as a new S-Rank Frost Anomaly character, appears under her Honed Blade of Reflection Banner. The boosted A-Rank characters featured therein are:

• Piper (Physical, Anomaly)
• Soukaku (Ice, Support)

Conversely, Harumasa is an Electric Attack character also in the Hollow Special Operations Section 6 faction, featured on his Per Aspera Banner, which includes boosted A-Rank characters:

• Lucy (Fire, Support)
• Seth (Electric, Defence)

Current W-Engine Weapon Banner

The Dissonant Sonata W-Engine Banner also concludes on Tuesday, 21st January 2025 and includes the formidable S-Rank Hailstorm Shrine, which serves as Miyabi's signature weapon.

The boosted A-Rank W-Engines featured in this current Banner are:

Additionally, the Dazzling Choir Banner runs concurrently, showcasing the new S-Rank Attack speciality weapon Zanshin Herb Case, which is Harumasa's signature weapon. The A-Rank W-Engines boosted in this Banner are:

• Peacekeeper - Specialized (Defence)

Star-Studded Cast Banner

The Star-Studded Cast Banner remains a permanent fixture and includes all S-Rank characters and W-Engines that won’t be available in event character Banners. Players can benefit significantly from this Banner, as every 10 pulls using regular Master Tapes guarantees at least one A-Rank character or W-Engine weapon. After a total of 300 pulls, players can select any S-Rank character from the pool. A limited-time 20% discount on 10 pulls, applicable up to 50 pulls, means players can get ten for the price of eight, ensuring an S-Rank character within 50 pulls though the discount ends with the first S-Rank character acquired.

From the Star-Studded Cast Banner in Zenless Zone Zero, the following S-Rank characters can be pulled:

Notably, players use Boopons to pull from this Banner, which cannot be acquired by purchasing currency but only by gameplay effort. Notably, players can choose which S-Rank Bangboo they intend to pull next—simply select your desired Bangboo, and the next S-Rank Bangboo pulled will be the one you thieve.

From the Bangboo Banner, nine S-Rank Bangboos are available:
