Glory Hunters Team 1 went live on Friday, June 26 at 6 PM BST / 5 PM UTC — and this is the first FC 26 promo where every card is fully customizable. No fixed PlayStyles, no fixed PS+, you bolt on whatever you want. Below: the confirmed lineup, what makes these cards different, and when Team 2 drops.

Glory Hunters Team 1 — Confirmed Cards

EA built Glory Hunters around World Cup 2026 performances. The first squad is 40 players plus four ICONs, dropping into packs in waves through the week. Three names already live and visible in-game:

Neymar 97 CAM is the headline — 95/97/97/97 in the front four stats with a clean +9 jump from his Path to Glory base. Fabián Ruiz 95 CM is the meta sleeper — Ligue 1 link to Neymar means you can build a no-loyalty 100 chem core. Summerville 94 RM at 5'7" is the cheap fodder magnet for skill-stick players.

Here's the twist: every Glory Hunters card ships with zero PlayStyles+ by default. You pick. Same mechanic FUT Birthday used last year, but now applied to a top-tier promo with 97 OVR cards.

Team 1 Leaked Players (Pre-Launch List)

Before the official drop, leaks pointed to these names appearing in Team 1 packs and SBCs. Treat as likely until each card officially lands in-game:

Most arrive via packs. Watch the SBCs and Objectives boards — at least one Glory Hunters player will be free-to-grind, exactly like the Glory Hunters Challenge 1 SBC that went live yesterday.

Release Schedule & Team 2 Countdown

Roughly a 14-day window. If you want a specific Team 1 player from packs, your highest-EV move is grinding objective packs in the first 4 days while pack weights are friendlier.
