The FC Pro Open is an esports competition organized by EA Sports FC that allows all players of the FC series to participate by playing competitive matches in FC 26 and climbing the rankings. The top 24 players from around the world—many of whom are professional esports athletes with their own teams—will clash annually in November at the FC Pro World Championship in London. Over the course of eight rounds and a final, they will vie for the honor of becoming the world champion in EA Sports FC 26. The reward includes fame and a prize pool of $1,000,000 to be distributed among all participants of the Pro World Championships.

When does FC Pro Live Launch in FC 26? – Start, Duration, and End of the Event

The FC 26 FC Pro Live Event is set to commence on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 19:00 UTC. The initial presentation phase will last only one week, concluding on Friday, November 28, 2025 (19:00 UTC). Which Professionals Receive an FC Pro Live Card in FC 26?

While EA experts select the players who will receive FC Pro Live cards, the process differs slightly from the usual promotions in FC 26. This is primarily because each participant in the FC Pro Open is assigned a card of a specific football professional intended to represent them in the in-game event. The experts take into account specific criteria such as the participant's country of origin, their esports team, favorite professionals, and more when matching cards to participants.

How Many FC Pro Player Cards Are There in FC 26?

In contrast to many other promotions in FC 26, the number of FC Pro Live cards is quite predictable. Since there are 24 participants starting in the group phase of the FC Pro Open, each receiving a special card, exactly 24 special cards will be introduced in FC 26 Ultimate Team. Just as in previous years, all 24 cards will debut during the first week of the event, with 22 professionals expected to be released in a major team release, while the remaining two will be made available through SBCs or objectives.
